Four meetings take place each year using alternate venues in north and south Wales. The highlight of the Society's calander is the four- day AGM at Plas Tan y Bwlch in the beautiful surroundings of the Snowdonia National Park. This year saw the 35th visit there by the Society.

Members unable to attend meetings are kept informed by an excellent journal issued three times each year. The Society also arranges three postal auctions of welsh flavoured material each year and has published a number of books and monographs written by members.
