The BPMA looks after much of the visual, written and physical records spanning over four hundred years of British postal evolution and development. The records held include not only the stamps but stamp artwork, posters and photographs, documents and postal history. A selection of these items are commemorated within the new Royal Mail prestige booklet including the Penny Black, old mail coaches, telegrams from RMS Titanic, pillar boxes, the GPO Film Unit and beautiful artwork from the reign of King Edward VIII.
