New Post Office Opens in Lincolnshire

A petition by hundreds of local residents was one of the major factors that helped to secure approval for a new Post office in the Lincolnshire village of Wellingore.

People in the Wellingore area began campaignng for a new Post Office service following the closure of nearby Navenby Post Office. Local county councillor Marianne Overton led the campaign and was invited to cut the ribbon at the opening ceremony.
